Contractual Agreement
By placing an order for our products advertised on this website you are agreeing to purchase the said product/s. Once we have received your order the order will be processed, and an email confirming this order will be sent to the email address you have provided to us. The contract agreement will become active you have received an email from us confirming your order. Should you not receive this confirmation, please contact us by email.
Shipping & Delivery
All products listed on our site are inclusive of postage and packaging.
Shipping to all other countries will be in accordance with USPO rates. Please contact us for shipping costs to destinations outside the United States.
Product Prices
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of local & state tax. We reserve the right to change prices for any reason beyond our control. Items will be supplied as per the price shown on our website.
Product Availability
We aim to have all products in stock at all time, and therefore our usual dispatch is within 7-10 working days (exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays). Should any item be unavailable for any reason, we will contact you at our earliest convenience. We will endeavor to deliver in accordance to our policy.
Returns Policy
If the item/s we supply are faulty, please return them, with proof of purchase within 28 days. We will replace free of charge, including your return postage, once we have received the item back at our warehouse.
Any items returned after 28 days will not be eligible for a refund. Faulty goods carry a 1 year warranty. Should you have any issue with the warranty of goods supplied, please consult your warranty certificate.
